Press the dough into a cup or bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes. Make sure that the recipient is microwavable.
Bake the single mug or bowl for 4 minutes at 800 Watt in the microwave.
Topple the bread from the cup or bowl and let it cool down, cut it or tear it as desired.
Enjoy with spreads, in sandwiches or on its own.

For mug cakes:

Prepare. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml) and 5 tablespoons (50 ml) of plant-based milk (or alternative) into a microwavable cup or bowl.
Mix. Add 55 g mug cake mix and stir everything together.
Baking. Microwave a single cup at 800 watts for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Cool down. Let it cool down briefly and eat it while still warm.

For oven loaves:

Mix & form. In a mixing bowl, mix 250 g Keto Baker London baking mixture with 300ml of sparkling water and mix / knead thoroughly. Let it rest for 15 minutes, form a loaf of bread (or six bread rolls) and score it (if you wish).
Preheat. Preheat the oven to 190°C fan-assisted.
Baking. Bake the bread for 60 minutes (30 minutes for rolls) on the oven rack with baking paper.
Cool down. Let the bread cool down completely and then cut into it.
Enjoy with spreads, in sandwiches or on its own.

Tip: Do you like your bread to have lots of grains and seeds? Add additional pumpkin seeds or nuts to the dough.
